Recruitcha GTM Integration for Recruiterflow
The Recruitcha GTM connection is live and verified in Recruiterflow today.
Recruitcha GTM is a business development tool that monitors hiring activity and identifies the hiring managers behind it. The integration sends those contacts into Recruiterflow, where you manage the relationship, the follow-up and the deal.
This page covers what the integration does, what lands in Recruiterflow, how to turn it on, and the limits worth knowing before you commit to it.
What the integration does
Recruitcha GTM watches the hiring market you define and surfaces companies that are hiring. According to Recruitcha, it draws on more than 200,000 ATS jobs daily and maps the hiring manager behind each role.
You set the targeting: job titles, locations, employment types, industries, company sizes and the hiring-manager profiles you want. Recruitcha runs that search in the background and sends matches to Recruiterflow, either one at a time or as a continuous stream.
There are five signal types:
- Monitor roles. Fresh ATS roles, plus roles still open after 35 to 50 days and 65 to 100 days, with the hiring manager identified
- Monitor companies. A notification when a company on your list starts hiring
- Monitor specific hiring managers. Tracking named people and flagging when they show hiring activity
- Monitor hiring managers on the move. Tracking when someone joins a company or starts a new role in your target market
- Monitor funding signals. A notification when a target company raises, with hiring managers identified
What lands in Recruiterflow
This is the part that determines whether the integration is useful to you, so it is worth being precise.
The contact record
Each hiring manager arrives as a CRM contact with name, title, LinkedIn URL and company. Email and phone are included when available, not guaranteed on every record.
If the person already exists in Recruiterflow, Recruitcha matches on email or LinkedIn and updates the existing record rather than creating a duplicate.
The hiring context
Job details, posting date and the application link are written to the contact note. That context is the reason the contact is worth a call, so it travels with the record rather than sitting in a separate tool.
Deals and sequences
Both are optional and off by default.
Turn on a deal and the export creates one shared deal at the pipeline stage you choose, or adds the contacts to a deal you already have. Deals attach to contacts. Turn on a sequence and Recruitcha enrols the contacts in it.
How to turn it on
You need an active Recruitcha GTM account and a Recruiterflow API key.
Recruiterflow API keys are issued by support, not generated in-app. Request one through in-app chat or at help@recruiterflow.com before you start, because the connection will not complete without it.
Then, in Recruitcha GTM:
- Open Settings, toggle on Recruiterflow and paste your API key
- Define the roles, locations, industries, company sizes and hiring-manager profiles you want to target, which creates a signal
- Add Recruiterflow as the export destination
- New hiring managers stream in as qualified roles are identified within your criteria
Where this fits
Business development tends to run in cycles. Firms prospect when the desk is quiet and stop when candidate work gets busy, which is why new client activity arrives unevenly. It is one of the clearest differences in how top-quartile firms run business development.
A monitoring tool addresses one part of that: it keeps prospect identification running when nobody has time to do it manually. It does not write the outreach, qualify the opportunity commercially, or hold the relationship. Those remain the consultant’s job, and they remain in Recruiterflow, alongside the outreach automation that carries the follow-up.
The practical division is that Recruitcha finds and enriches, and Recruiterflow is where the contact becomes a conversation, the conversation becomes a deal, and the deal gets worked alongside the rest of your pipeline.
Getting set up
If you already run Recruitcha GTM, request your Recruiterflow API key from support and the connection takes a few minutes.
If you are evaluating it, the question worth answering first is whether your desk has a prospect identification problem or a prospect follow-up problem. This integration solves the first. If the gap is follow-up, the sequences and pipeline tooling already in Recruiterflow is the place to start, and a demo is the faster way to work out which.
FAQs
Do I need a separate Recruitcha GTM subscription?
Yes. Recruitcha GTM is a separate product with its own account, and this integration connects it to Recruiterflow. Accounts can be created at recruitcha.ai. Your searches and signals stay in Recruitcha. Only the qualified hiring managers come across.
Which hiring managers end up in Recruiterflow?
Those matching the targeting criteria on any signal where Recruiterflow is set as the export destination. You control the job titles, locations, employment types, industries, company sizes and hiring-manager roles per signal. Every person sent has a LinkedIn URL. Verified email and phone are included where Recruitcha has them.
Where do the leads land?
As CRM contacts by default. Optionally into a deal pipeline and a sequence if you enable those on the export.
Can it surface roles that have already been open a while?
Yes. Monitor roles tracks stale postings alongside fresh ones, specifically those posted 35 to 50 days ago and 65 to 100 days ago, and picks up roles as they reach those ages.
Recruitcha’s rationale is that a long-unfilled requisition signals a team more open to outside help than one posted that morning. Whether that holds depends on your market, and it is worth testing against your own conversion data rather than assuming.
Does this only work for tech recruitment?
No. The filters define the market, so the coverage is as narrow or broad as you set it. Recruitcha lists finance, accounting, engineering, healthcare, energy, logistics, media, manufacturing and government alongside tech.
What does the integration not do?
It does not write or send outreach, score opportunities by fit or value, or guarantee contact details on every record. It identifies and enriches hiring managers and delivers them into Recruiterflow. Everything after that is your process.
