Recruiterflow Product Update – June’24

With the T20 Cricket World Cup in full swing, it’s amazing to see underdog teams like the US and Canada making strides alongside seasoned giants like England. Just like these teams are leveling up, our engineering team has been working hard to bring you some fantastic new features.

But before we jump into that, here’s a quick announcement.

Recruiterflow Mobile App Is Here

The mobile app has been one of the most requested features, and we are thrilled to take the first step in this direction. It’s currently a Progressive Web App that can be used on the go to:

  • Manage notes, calls, tasks, and tags associated with candidates and contacts.
  • Quickly add new candidates and contacts wherever you are.

The app is available on both Android and iOS devices, not in the app store though. Here’s how you can install the app: RF App Install Guide

This feature is currently in the works. If you’re interested in getting early access, fill up the form here Alpha users for AI Matching, and our Customer Success team will get back to you.

Star Rating Candidate Profiles

Top candidates are a different breed altogether and it is extremely crucial for a recruiter to identify and keep them engaged

Now, you can simply add a rating to your top candidates to:

  • Find them in your database.
  • Keep them engaged with Campaigns and Recipes.

MPC Campaigns

It’s been two months since we launched MPC and your response has been overwhelming. You requested us to enhance it further and that’s what we’ve done. Here’s what’s new?

  • Share an MPC link with multiple contacts by adding it to any email going out through Recruiterflow (campaign, bulk emails). Each link is unique to a contact, allowing them to like, decline, or comment on profiles while you track these interactions.
  • Preview the MPC link to see exactly how your client views it.
  • Hide or show a candidate in an already created MPC link. This is super helpful if you want to tweak the list and reuse the link.

Improvements

  • We have added three new filters to the advanced search: Custom Activity Search, Call Search, and Note Search. These filters help you identify candidates and contacts based on precise interactions like what change was made, who made it, and when it was made.
  • We have added company custom fields as filters in the job advanced search.

Other Updates

  • We have added new ‘Tasks’ and ‘Calls’ tabs to our Chrome extension, allowing you to quickly add data on the go.
  • We have added a second layer of grouping in all recruiting and sales reports, providing you with deeper insights.
  • We have sunset the ‘Add Tag’ bulk action in the Candidate and Contact Tables. You can now add tags in bulk using the ‘Update Fields’ button.
  • We now allow only admins to access the custom field update activity log, maintaining stronger access control.
  • We have added the ability to save a scorecard as a draft, letting you come back and complete it later without losing any progress.
  • We have improved the watermark on formatted resumes to make it look neater and more professional.
  • We now support copying the same time at which a candidate, contact, or job was added in another tool while transferring data to Recruiterflow using our API. This ensures data consistency and accuracy.
