At first, a confession. After starting out Recruiterflow, I write a lot (A lot!). But product updates gotta be the best things I write. Fortunately, I get to write one every month! 

September was a big month with three major features being released along with a few minor upgrades. 

In the last update, we told you that for the rest of this year, we will be releasing some major updates along with a few small minor upgrades. Well, we kept our promise!

We just released a few major updates. These features are in staged releases and will be propagated to all of our users in the next 48 hours.

1) Bulk Upload Candidates via Resumes

One of the aspects we pride ourselves on is how ridiculously easy we make it for you to input candidate data in Recruiterflow.

To make adding candidates to Recruiterflow even easier, we are now releasing a bulk upload via resume to Recruiterflow. This allows you to upload up to 100 resumes in one go. All those resumes will be parsed and candidate data stored in no time!

The bulk upload is designed with usability in mind. Here, you will be able to create a bulk upload of resumes, check the parsed details, and add the candidates in one go. It’s blazing fast and you will be able to parse hundreds of resumes in a matter of minutes. 

2) Placement records

The north star metric for every recruiter has always been the placements made and the billing booked! Now, there is an easy way in Recruiterflow to store placement details like revenue, revenue split among different team members, and billing date.

The billing details will be automatically triggered after you’ve moved someone to the hired stage. Here, you will be able to split the billing with other users on the team and put in the billing date. The revenue attribution will show up in analytics once the billing date arrives.

• Track revenue booked by different users on the system
• Split a billing among different users with custom split percentages
• Track your billing dates and follow up with clients for the payments
• Predict your future revenue made by placements to date.

3) Enhanced integration with Zapier

We released an enhanced integration with Zapier – the world’s leading API marketplace. This enables you to connect Recruiterflow with 1500+ apps that you might be using.

Other small product upgrades

• The export from advanced search now contains all the custom fields on the record.
• Job created as an activity in the activity report
• Bug fixes on company logo finder
• Other bug fixes and minor improvements

We’ve been working for the past few months to deliver a powerful resume parsing technology to you. With the new resume parsing integration, we will be able to extract the candidate’s exact address, education, and prior work experience.
