Recruiterflow Product Update – May 2025

As your team scales, flexibility doesn’t stay optional, it becomes critical

Custom workflows, insights at the client level, and customizable views aren’t just nice-to-haves anymore. They’re how you stay fast, aligned, and in control.

This month, we’re rolling out powerful new capabilities designed to help you scale without losing control

With customizable Kanban cards, custom metrics, and a cleaner way to manage fields, you now have more ways to shape Recruiterflow around how your team works best.

Customize Your Job Kanban Cards to Surface What Matters Instantly

Customizing Job Kanban Candidate Cards

Clicking into every profile just to get basic context? That’s a time sink, especially when hiring velocity is high.

Now, you can view every candidate in a job, along with the details that matter most, in one glance

No switching views. No extra clicks.

  • Choose to display just the fields that matter to you directly on the candidate card
  • View everything in one place — from last touchpoint to experience to custom fields
  • Adjust card size to match your team’s workflow preference

Categorize and Declutter Your Custom Fields

The more you grow, the messier your custom fields can get. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
In fact, many of you asked for a smarter way to manage this.

Now, you can group and organize your custom fields into logical categories so your profiles stay clean, readable, and easy to use even as your system scales.

  • Organize related fields into categories for a cleaner, more intuitive layout
  • Reduce clutter and speed up custom field creation
  • Make profiles easier to read and manage

A simple way to bring structure to your workflows 🙂

Build Your Own Metrics to Measure What Matters To You

Custom Metrics in Advanced Reporting

Most reporting tools force you into predefined metrics. But high-performing teams know: the insights that matter most usually live between standard metrics.

With Custom Metrics in Advanced Reports, you can finally build the exact metrics that reflect your team’s performance and process.

  • Combine existing metrics using simple formulas (+, –, ×, ÷, %)
  • Track KPIs like Submissions per Hire, Interviews per Offer, or Revenue per Hire
  • Discover unique funnel trends and performance patterns
  • Stop juggling spreadsheets and view your key metrics right where you work.
  • Tailor metrics to your workflows — whether you’re running retained, contingent, or project-based searches.

Custom Metrics is available only in Advanced Reports.

Reduce Time-to-Fill with Days in Status Job Insights

The all new Days in Status Report in Recruiterflow

Hiring speed matters.

But when jobs slow down, it’s not always obvious where. Without visibility into time spent in each stage, optimizing your process becomes guesswork.

Now, with Days in Status Report, you can pinpoint exactly where jobs are slowing and take action.

  • Identify stage-level delays to reduce time-to-fill
  • Help recruiters and hiring managers focus where it matters
  • Understand average time per stage to improve forecasting and job aging predictions

You can also see this on the Job Grid view and as a column in your Job tables.

Navigate Contacts Faster with a Unified, Modern View

The all new Contacts Page in Recruiterflow

Previously, working with contacts meant jumping across views – advanced search, filters, and saved searches. It was powerful, but fragmented.

Now, the revamped Contacts page brings everything into one, elegant workspace.

  • Create segments, view filters, and search in a single, streamlined layout
  • Quickly change data without opening full profiles
  • Enjoy a modern UI built for faster navigation and better control

Next, we will also be revamping the Deals page. Stay tuned!

In Other Updates

Recipes

  • For Recipes where the action is set to “Send Email,” you can now attach the most recently uploaded file in any category (e.g., “Offer Letters”, “Resumes”, “Contracts”).
  • For Deal based Recipes (“New Deal” or “Deal Stage Changes”), you can now add a “Send to Webhook” action that lets you push deal data to CRMs, finance tools, Zapier, or other tools.

And more…

  • You now have a new Custom Field type – User that is perfect for capturing data like “Referred By,” “Secondary Recruiter,” “Hiring Manager,” etc.
  • Admins can now assign, reassign, and audit LinkedIn integration seats from User Settings, giving you full visibility and control over paid licenses.
  • You can now see job-specific billing details directly on the job page, so that you have visibility on all the “money” details of a job.
  • You can now find all the advanced search filters for Deals right on the Deals page for faster access.

That’s a wrap on this month’s updates!

What do you think?

We’d love to know which of these changes you are most excited about. What else would you like to see in Recruiterflow?

As always, most of what we build comes directly from your feedback.
