Recruiterflow Product Update – March 2025

We just returned from the Recruiting Agency Expo that happened last month.

Alongside the event, we also hosted our Elevate Dinner Roundtable Series with some of our customers in London and New York.

We had insightful conversations about how AI is transforming the recruiting landscape and what it takes to navigate this technological shift.

We met quite a few of you folks there and learned firsthand about everything you love and want us to build in Recruiterflow.

We are absolutely buzzing with energy. With that same energy, we’re bringing you a fresh set of updates — all designed to cut repetitive work, unify key data, and help your team move faster with greater visibility.

All Placements, One View: The New Placements Page

The Placements HQ in Recruiterflow

Placement data often lives in scattered systems, making it hard to track outcomes and performance. That changes today.

With our new Placements Page, you get one centralized view of all your placements — contingent, contract, RPO, and retained.

You can even build and save placement segments using filters like:

  • Placement start/end date
  • Recruiter
  • Placement type

and more…

Now, you can easily convert contract hires into permanent placements in one click.

Note: This will roll out in batches over the month. Expect it in your account soon!

New Email Controls to Protect Your Domain Reputation

Advanced Campaign Email Limits in Recruiterflow

Managing email volume across users and aliases can be tricky. Send too few, and you miss opportunities. Send too many and risk hurting your domain rating.

Enter Advanced Email Limits for Campaigns — a new admin control to protect your deliverability and domain reputation. Now you can:

  • Set daily/hourly email limits per user and campaign
  • Protect sender reputation
  • Avoid spam flags and maintain inbox visibility

With the latest policy changes from Google and Microsoft, it’s even more important to understand what affects your domain reputation and stay in control. These new limits give you just that.

You’ll find these settings under the updated Profile Settings section.

Area Charts in Advanced Reporting: Visualize What Matters

Line Area Graphs in Advanced Reporting of Recruiterflow

Last month, we launched line and bar charts. This month, we’re going a step further with Line Area Graphs!

You can use it for advanced reports that track:

  • Weekly or monthly volume of candidate submissions vs. hires
  • Emails sent, calls made, notes added—tracked weekly or monthly
  • Number of new deals, contacts added, emails sent across weeks/months

and more…

Coming up next: Pie charts in Advanced Reporting. Stay Tuned!

Also New This Month

  • We are beta-releasing the Job Change Alerts capability for select users — reply to this email if you’d like access
  • We now support sending and tracking messages to professional social platforms right from within Recruiterflow.
  • You can send emails and use templates directly from the PWA Mobile App for quick, on-the-go communication.
  • We’ve added Active Jobs & Disqualification tiles to the Dashboard Overview for a quicker glance at job progress.
  • You can now monitor job status changes via API to keep better track of job movements.

That’s all for this month!

We’ll be back next month with even more powerful enhancements to help you manage and scale your RecOps.
