Our engineering team again had a big month. I wonder why! (appraisals *cough” appraisals).

Well, all jokes aside, we delivered some serious upgrades. To start with, we continued our work on deeper use of AI in Recruiterflow to eliminate the friction in just getting things done! We rolled out a major update on resume formatting that was heavily requested by the users. To complete the list, a few major integrations were also rolled out!

As always, here’s a TL;DR video.

Resume Formatting Update

Now, you can edit the resumes and the cover sheet right in Recruiterflow. This is in addition to the already available automatic redaction and document templates. That means, now you have complete control over the resume that you are submitting to your clients. This new update will pretty much avoid any need to edit the resume in a word editor to make it submittal ready! resume for

New Update on the chrome extension

As previously mentioned, we continue to revamp our chrome extension. Here are the changes we made.

  • We added support for the note templates in the chrome extension
  • You can now view the activity log in the chrome extension
  • Fixed parsing issues on Monster
  • Now, we support Japanese resumes for parsing on the chrome extension as well.

New Integrations

We added several new integrations to make sure that you can integrate your favourite tools with Recruiterflow.

Microsoft Teams (Beta)

Microsoft teams is the most used collaboration platform in the world! With this integration, now you can

  • Send a Teams message when someone gets tagged in a note
  • Send a Teams message as an action in the recipe. Want to notify your recruiter that a candidate is in the interviewing stage but no action is done on them for a week, you can now do it via a Teams message.

Roosted

Roosted is an HRIS servicing every part of the gig-economy. It’s an AI powered HR software to automate worker management – built specifically for the gig economy.

With this integration, you will be able to easily move hired candidates from Recruiterflow to Roosted. In Roosted, it becomes dead simple for you to do time tracking and scheduling for your workforce.

Hireflix

Hireflix is a leading one way video interviewing platform and now has a native integration with Recruiterflow. If you are looking to conduct video interviews, it’s a perfect tool. Something that we are using internally at Recruiterflow as well! If you are a Recruiterflow user and sign up for it in July, you do get 20% off for the first year.

A bunch of other changes that made the cut.

  • You can now change tone of the email or ask AI to specifically rewrite certain parts of your email
  • Settings -> Users -> Contacts now shows only the contacts where a stage is shared with them
  • “Job Close Date” and “Current Stage” columns in export of stage movement breakdown report
  • Short text, Long text, Number & Money type custom fields search get a new argument “is set” to isolate the records that have a value set in the advanced search.
  • Google Maps API support while creating / editing company locations
  • New “Job Status” argument in the Job and Stage filter in the advanced search
  • Email threads are now collapsible, mimicking the behavior on Gmail
  • We added support of rich text custom fields in the application form
  • You can now sort currencies in the order which they want to see them in the dropdown

API changes

  •   * Return 404 (Not found) if a contact ID is passed to the candidate/get endpoint and vice-versa

That’s all for now! Atay tuned for a mega releases in July!
