Update Candidate & Contact Profiles Using Resumes or CVs

We’ve made it easier to update information about your candidates and contacts. With just one click, Recruiterflow can now parse the file that is already added to their profile and update multiple fields, including:

  • Job Title & Current Company
  • Location
  • Email & Phone Numbers
  • Experience
  • Education

and more…

This saves hours of manual updates or outsourcing the task to a VA.

Other Updates

  • You can add Forecasted Job Revenue as a column in the Jobs table view to stay updated on expected revenue from each job.
  • You can now enjoy more accurate advanced search results when searching for names or locations with accented letters like Chloé, Renée, and André.
  • You now get better search results in advanced search while looking for numbers with punctuation, like (123) 456-789.
  • You can disassociate a custom field from multiple job application forms at once when deleting it—no more editing them one by one.
  • You can now set Recipes to send emails to “Job Recruiter” and “Job Account Manager” when a candidate enters or leaves a segment.
  • You can now choose which team members can see the personal info (like names, emails, and phone numbers) of candidates and contacts when they download their data.
