What’s New in Recruiterflow – August 2024

We’ve got some sizzling updates in Recruiterflow this month.

Generate Summaries, Screening Questions, Job Pitches, and Candidate Insights using RF GPT

Meet RF GPT, your new recruiting assistant designed to streamline your daily tasks. Trained on extensive recruiting data, RF GPT enables you to:

  • Quickly summarize candidate profiles, saving you time on manual reviews.
  • Uncover valuable insights about candidates to make informed decisions.
  • Efficiently filter candidates with tailored screening questions.
  • Craft compelling job pitches that attract top talent.

We will be adding RF GPT to other sections in Recruiterflow with the Job pages next, coming in September.

Note: This feature is available exclusively for users on our Pro and Advanced subscriptions.

A New Comprehensive Revenue Report

Last month, we introduced the first part of revenue tracking with job engagement types and billing setup. Now, we’re enhancing it with comprehensive Revenue Reports that provide deeper insights:

  • See revenue by job type—contingent, retained, RPO, contract, etc.
  • Gain visibility into future revenue streams.

Pro tip: Ensure you have set up the engagement type and billing for your jobs to unlock this feature.

Quickly Access Filtered Lists of Candidates and Contacts in the Mobile App

With all the feedback for our Mobile App, we have now added a list view of candidates and contacts. You can now:

  • Filter candidates and contacts by job, stage, lead owner, company, source, and more—right from your phone.
  • Access activities, files, and scorecards on the go, ensuring you’re always in the loop, no matter where you are.

We’re always eager to improve—what would you like us to add next to the app? Let us know by clicking on the ? icon in the bottom left inside the product.

Add Multiple Senders to Campaigns to Enhance Consistency and Scalability

You can now add multiple team members as senders when creating or cloning campaigns. This distribution of email across multiple senders reduces the risk of spam blocks. Also, our smart sender assignment prioritizes team members who’ve received replies from recipients in the last 6 months. Otherwise, it will send the campaign in a round-robin fashion.

What do you get?

  • Improved email deliverability
  • Reduced risk of your campaigns being flagged as spam
  • Higher engagement rates through consistent, personalized communication

  • You can run Recipes to wish candidates and contacts on their birthdays or work anniversaries with new date-type fields in advanced search—“Today, Tomorrow, and Yesterday.”
  • You can use our new triggers – “Job enters/leaves saved search” to run Recipes to notify of inactivity on jobs, when new jobs are created, etc.

Need help setting these up? Reach out to our support team, and they’ll be happy to assist!

Other Updates

  • You can bulk update candidate ratings and transfer custom field ratings to our system field with a bulk upload.
  • You can now drill down into candidate profiles in New Candidates, New Jobs, Overview Widget, and Job Pipeline reports.
