Let’s get right into it!
Alias Mailboxes
You can now associate an alias mailbox to send & receive emails from Recruiterflow. If you use emails other than your primary email address to send campaigns, recipes or other kinds of emails, you can add them as aliases in Recruiterflow. Here are a few important things to remember.
- You will not be able to login with this email address but you can send campaigns, recipes or emails with these email addresses.
- These users will not be billed.
- If you have added full user licenses to just send/receive campaigns & recipes from Recruiterflow, please make sure that you change their role and mark them as aliases.
- Starting December 1st, the email addresses that you might be using just for emailing will get billed if you don’t mark them as aliases.

Campaign Scheduling
You can now create a schedule for your campaigns and attach a schedule to a campaign. This feature will help you
- Stop sending emails inadvertently outside of working hours
- Stop sending emails on holidays
You can create multiple schedules and attach schedules to your campaigns. To know more about how to set it up, click here.
Here are a few other changes that made it to the list!
- You can now associate your custom activities with multiple entities. So, you can log an activity on a candidate, contact, job and company profiles.
- You can now add a conference link (google meet or MSFT teams) be default to the meetings that you setup from Recruiterflow
- You can now add profile type custom field on jobs
- Added “Current Openings” column to Job export reports and Job advanced search report
- When a candidate is in multiple jobs and you load an email template, you can now pick which job’s values do you want to pick up. This is also applicable for recipes for specific jobs and if a saved search has a specific job filter.
- For LinkedIn paid posting, you can now set the job poster email to make the job appear to have come from a specific recruiter
- You can now archive disqualification reasons
Another important announcement about scheduled maintenance. Recruiterflow will be inaccessible from 5:30 AM to 6:30AM UTC on Sunday, 29th October.
