Interest links, KanBan view enhancements and more – New updates from Recruiterflow in August, 2022

We are back and back with some good news! We dropped a heavy load of a lot of super frequently requested features.

Also, we hosted a webinar to demo a few major features released so far in 2022. The link to the webinar at the very bottom of this email.

Here’s a TL;DR video of the main updates.

Whoo! This is a biggie and also something very unique and something that makes me really proud as well. We dug through our data and discovered the obvious – that recruiting at scale is a business of collisions. Which essentially means that if you are able to present more opportunities to a candidate and give them a wider variety of roles to pick from, you increase your chances of placing that candidate.

This is much easier said than done though and we took inspiration from our own users and their workflow to create a concept called interest link. With this feature, you can create a seamless experience for your recruiters and candidates to present all the jobs that they might be a good fit for on a personalized landing page and where the candidates can either indicate interest or pass on an opportunity. Latest event icon on KanBan pipeline view of candidates

When you are in the Kan-Ban view of a job, it’s hard to visually see if an interview is already scheduled or not until you click and go inside a candidate. No more! Now, if you have a bunch of candidates in the interview stage, it’s really easy to see if the interviews are scheduled or not with a candidate.

Auto generate PDFs

When you create a candidate/contact profile using the import functionality, we will auto generate a PDF file to make everything on a candidate’s profile searchable. This feature is currently in limited release and will be rolled out to you over the next few days if it hasn’t reached you already.

As always, this is not all. Here are a few more changes that made the cut.

  • Added support for Yes/No custom fields in recipe filters on top of system fields and single/multi select custom fields.
  • Ability to resize careers page hero image
  • Facebook, Zoek job boards are no longer functioning and we are deprecating them from our UI as wel.
  • Sometime back Recruit Holdings Co (parent company of Indeed, Simply hired and Glassdoor) deprecated independent job postings on Glassdoor. Now, the job postings on Glassdoor just go from Indeed. We streamlined Glassdoor feed as well to reflect the change.
  • Last updated date on scorecard submission for you to easily see when it was submitted
  • When you change views on reports page (i.e – going from line graph to bar graph), the filters will be preserved so that you don’t have to put them again.
  • New activity type – Scorecard modified.
  • When you download a scorecard, your logo will be automatically added to the scorecard if it’s been configured in the settings section of your account
  • Remove lead owner of an entity (candidate, contact, job, company & deals) as a bulk action
  • We ondersteunen nu nederlands in de chrome-extensie (We now support dutch on the chrome extension!)
  • If I butchered the translation above, it’s not me! It’s google translate!

Here’s the link to the video of the webinar on the new feature releases as promised!
