It’s been another very productive month for our engineering team.

Introducing Teams

If you are admin, you can now create teams in your organization. A team consists of a manager and members and there are no restrictions on how many members or teams that you can create. Once enabled, you will be able to slice and dice data in analytics for teams along with other user based parameters. With the upcoming releases, you will be able to use the teams filter to filter on candidates, jobs, contacts, companies and deals page as well. 

Note: This feature is available only on Advanced tier (called Enterprise tier earlier) only. If you’d like this feature to be turned on for you, hit reply or reach out to support. 

New Report: Disqualification report

With this new report, you can now track how many candidates got disqualified for each disqualification reason. You can also filter by every job opening as well as pick a time frame to look at the data. 

A bunch of other changes that made the cut. 

– Import Linkedin page and Company icon when contact is added from extension

– Handle case where user was Not able to login to chrome extension because memory was full

  • More accurate text searching in emails & notes
  • You can now use the Start Date as a field for recipe email for placement record related triggers. So, if you want to send an email to someone about their start date automatically, you can now do that. 
  • You can now have your own duplicate detection fields. Currently we use, email address, mobile number and social profile link to detect duplicates. If you’d like to remove any of them, please reach out to the support team. 
  • We now show company name along with job name in activity text for stage movement.
  • We added Image upload support in editable resumes
