Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs. An ideal candidate will oversee the program to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.

Goal should be to ensure the program is completed on time and within budget, that the program's objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly.


  • Drive long-term, strategic initiatives and projects
  • Develop and manage formal processes and programs to support our business
  • Coordinate internal and external operational items, working cross-functionally across teams, including: Risk, Operations, Product, and Legal
  • Build new and scalable processes that can be widely adopted
  • Communicate a deep understanding of our Financial Stack across the company

Skills and Qualifications

  • BA/BS in relevant field
  • Experience in program management or similar profile
  • Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Must have good communication skills, confidence and can do attitude
  • Highly organized and adept at prioritization
  • Proven self-starter who can identify new opportunities, develop strategies to drive growth, and push projects forward, as well as a desire to push innovation and drive business
