Recruiterflow Product Update – January 2025

We’ve been busy cooking up some incredible updates, and we can’t wait to share them with you!

Let’s dive straight into what’s new.

Meet AIRA: Your Intelligent RecOps Assistant

We’re thrilled to introduce AIRA, your AI-powered RecOps Assistant that transforms all your data into a collective intelligence hub.

Imagine having your Recruiterflow account talk back to you—analyzing emails, notes, call logs, and more to answer your most pressing questions in seconds:

  • What motivates top candidates?
  • Which messaging works best to close deals?
  • What steps should you take to close jobs faster?

AIRA’s got you covered.

AIRA will initially be available on candidate and contact profiles only. Look out for even more ways to use it in Recruiterflow soon!

Automate Job Status Updates with Recipes

You asked, and we delivered!

Now, you can use Recipes to update Job Statuses automatically based on specific triggers:

  • Assign a status when you open a new job.
  • Change job status when jobs hit a particular pipeline stage.
  • Assign a status to a job when there have been no submissions or interviews for some time.

Phone Number Lookup Is Here

Finding verified candidates and contact phone numbers just got a whole lot easier:

  • Get accurate numbers from multiple databases—no more endless searching.
  • Save hours of effort and focus on what you do best.
  • Effective, pay-as-you-go pricing to keep things flexible.

Limited-Time Offer: Get 100 credits for just $20 (normally $30). Offer ends March 31, 2025—grab yours before it’s gone!

Enhancements

Advanced Search

We got two new filters in Advanced Search:

  • Job Status Filter for Candidates: Easily find candidates based on job statuses like Top Priority, Waiting for Approval, and more.
  • LinkedIn URL Filter for Companies: Search for companies by their LinkedIn URL to quickly zero in on the right profiles.

Reporting

  • You can apply stage filters in the Stage Movement Breakdown Report to focus only on the pipeline stages you want to analyze.
  • You can group data or filter by job status in the Stage Movement Breakdown Report to better understand how jobs progress through the pipeline.
  • You now receive email and in-app notifications when large Sales/Recruiting activity reports are ready to download—no more waiting around.

Other Updates

  • You can view job stage colors in the Recruiterflow Chrome extension when checking candidate profiles that are actively present in a job pipeline.
  • You can track messages sent via Slack or Teams using Recipes in the activity tab to stay fully informed.
  • You can now remove select values (tags, skills, etc.) from a profile using Update Fields without clearing everything.
  • You will see Expected Close Date and Close Date on Deal profile pages for better deal tracking.
  • You will now receive error messages if you attempt to delete custom fields currently in use in a Recipe.

That’s all for this month. We’re working on even more amazing features that you’ll hear about next time.
