March 2023 Product Update

Our team is back from our team offsite in Sri Lanka – tanned and re energized as we gear up for a massive new release for Recruiterflow and plan for a lot more to come.

Custom Activities

Alright, another biggie! Every firm, runs their recruiting & sales process in their own unique way. To accommodate what’s unique for each of them while keeping simplicity and flow of Recrutierflow intact, we introduced custom activities. Now, you can create any kind of custom activity, log it and measure it. Having a lunch/coffee part of  your process, log it as an activity. LinkedIn messages are a part of your process, you can also log that as an activity. This feature is currently accessible only for scale and enterprise tier users. 

Chat GPT to generate job descriptions

This one’s naturally super popular without us ever announcing it! In the last few weeks, more than 15% of all job descriptions created on Recruiterflow were created automatically with Chat GPT. To access this feature, just go to create a new job and you will see a small magic wand icon at the bottom in the text toolbar. Click on that and you will be able to auto generate a job description. 

We are very excited with the possibilities of generative AI and what it can do for recruiting. We continue to develop new and exciting features on top of new advances in generative AI! If you have great ideas about how you are using generative AI, we are all ears! 

Log calls made from RF automatically

Now, if you have a native VoIP integration, the call you make from Recruiterflow will be logged automatically. You can still edit them, but the first logging will be done automatically – one less click for your entire team ?

Here’s a list of other small changes we brought. 

• Tenure in current company can now be searched in advanced search and is also a field for templates
• You can now search jobs in advanced search
• We optimized performance of the analytics section where reports would load faster when you apply filters
• We now show candidate and contact icon on search results 
• Added candidate profile link in job export
• Enabled calling on company profile popup
• We now log an activity every time a candidate applies
• Alert recruiters on every new note by contact, irrespective of whether the recruiter is tagged.
• “Worked at” filter in advanced search now supports timeframes, allowing queries like – “Candidates who worked at Google between Jan 2021 and Dec 2022”
• Users with recruiter level permission can change location settings now
• We now show questions which have been deleted from the scorecard if the scorecard was submitted previously
