Social Media Specialist/Social Media & Communications Coordinator/Social Media Engagement Specialist


Our client is a web publishing company that monetizes content websites through traffic generation. We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to help diversify our client’s traffic sources to their websites. This is a multi-channel marketing position that requires a strong focus on analytics and converting social media engagement into website traffic. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly understand the correlation between social media performance and traffic and push to convert more engagement into traffic that generates revenue. You will be working with tools such as Facebook, Pinterest and possibly other social media platforms, with the sole purpose of generating traffic to the client’s content sites. You will be working on different types of content fields and subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, contribute to and engage with multiple social media pages to promote website visits.
  • Create compelling visual and written content using graphic design and AI tools like Canva, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, KoalaWriter, etc.
  • Employ various analytics tools to enhance traffic and click conversion rates.
  • Analyze patterns and trends to replicate successful marketing strategies.
  • Experiment with and implement new strategies to promote high click rates and engagement. 
  • Stay ahead of emerging social media and niche trends, rapidly adapting and integrating them into effective strategies.
  • Engage in proactive team collaboration, sharing insights and ideas.
  • Produce and present weekly and monthly reports.


  • Strong analytical skills, with an emphasis on metrics and pattern recognition.
  • Familiarity with various analytics tools (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest analytics).
  • Skilled in the use of Canva & other graphic design tools.
  • Skilled in the use of AI (artificial intelligence) tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney.
  • High proficiency in computer use.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to efficiently work remotely.
  • The following experience is preferred but not mandatory:
    • E-commerce, social media engagement, conversion rate optimization, lead conversion, traffic generation, SEO knowledge.

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Compensation: Base salary + bonuses based on performance
