Global team: You will be part of our global team and seek out deals in close collaboration with colleagues worldwide.
Thorough analyses: You will analyze the development of target markets (competition, trend scouting, due diligences, setting up local teams etc.) as well as the performance of individual sales and marketing channels.
Portfoliomanagement: You will support our portfolio companies in various business areas (Operations, Marketing and Sales).
Promising ventures: You will support the strategic refinement of business models.
Sparring: You will work very closely with potential founders and validate various business models.
Strategy: You will set up initial and further development of existing processes and support for the development and rollout of new products.

You have an entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of self-initiative.
You have a strong interest in start-ups, venture capital and operational activities when building a company.
You have excellent communication skills, eloquence and service orientation.
You have a strong academic background with high academic success (top 15%).
You have gathered first practical experience in strategy consulting, banking, start-ups, Private Equity or VC.
You have a very good proficiency in English.
