Organization: Independent design and implementation of various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business and to relieve the management team
Planning: Business trips, meetings and events. Independent management of Picus initiatives and office projects
Management: Organizing calendars and different mailboxes
Research: Preparation of data for strategically relevant decision making processes
Coordination: Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Bookkeeping: Basic tasks and coordination/support of legal processes, such as investments

Personality:
Professional, friendly and confident demeanor at all levels of the hierarchy. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and documents.
Positive and “no task is too big or too small” attitude with high commitment and intrinsic motivation.
Strong ability to multi-task and solve problems quickly, resourcefully, and competent
Background:
Relevant experience in providing administrative support to management staff for at least 3 years
Very high attention to detail and accuracy for the most error-free work possible
Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong adaptability skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, Google Suite
Previously, you gathered work experience in a fast-paced environment; preferably in leading technology firms, strategy consulting, private equity or investment banking
