// YOUR MISSION AT PICUS
Lead and manage the build-up and operational execution of Picus Capital‘s Pre-Seed investment team and efforts in the US/LatAm.
Assume responsibility over the day-to-day management and execution of Picus Capital’s strategic goals and objectives in its Pre-Seed investment operations, including:
Supervise and manage end-to-end business model ideation and validation processes
Identify, source, and recruit potential early-stage founder candidates
Provide operational support to entrepreneurs across various business functions and areas including strategy, operations, marketing, sales, human resources, and finance
Build and manage a team of junior and senior investment professionals in the Pre-Seed team
Interact closely with the leadership team to define strategic goals and direction for the US/LatAm and global Pre-Seed operations and take an active role in the operation execution

Personality:
You have an entrepreneurial personality and mindset with a high degree of self-initiative
Superior communication and organizational skills
Eager to learn about new things, including jurisdictions, industries and markets outside of your core focus
Team player with an exceptional work ethic and can balance a number of transactions at the same time and prioritize matters in order to ensure that Picus closes transactions quickly
Background:
Strong academic track record (top 15% of class) at a leading educational institution in the United States; Master of Business Administration degree preferred
At least 3.5 years of experience at a VP/C-Leve role role at successful startup (100M+ founding or 100+ employees) or 3.5 years experience as a founder (25M+ USD raised or 50+ employees) + 2/3 years experience in a fast-paced environment; preferably in leading technology firms, strategy consulting, investment banking or venture capital firms
Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail, as well as a deep understanding of business models

Yearly Salary: Min. $175,000 - Max. $250,000
