We are looking for a Head of Business Development to join our cutting-edge team and to be the driving force behind the business developers and their goal of generating new sales leads and pre-qualified contacts.


This is you:

  • You love technology. A start-up, fast-paced environment is what makes you happy and you bring experience from a similar context.
  • You bring 3-5 years leading a pre-sales or business development team and know how to track their individual contribution and their accomplishments.
  • You dream about pre-sales strategies and you become a rockstar when it comes to delivering results.
  • You know how to develop opportunities in target markets with the support of Marketing.
  • You know all the cold calling secrets and you can prove it.
  • You are a Salesforce guru.
  • Initiative is your middle name and you are always eager to learn more.
  • You are hands-on and proactive.
  • You are an international team player.
  • You are fluent in English (this is a must).

This is what you will do:

  • Lead the team of Business Developers (BDs) to generate new sales leads and pre-qualified contacts.
  • Mentor your team on cold-calling and on how to identify potential clients and the right key contacts.
  • Plan approaches and pitches with your team, developing proposals that speak to our clients’ needs, concerns and objectives.
  • Present business development trainings and mentoring to BDs.
  • Lead the BDs’ onboarding and follow-up process for new hires
  • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports and ensure the data is accurate.
  • Forecast accurate sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  • Ensure that all team members represent Marfeel in the best light.
