The role:

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, creative and data-driven Growth Manager to define and prioritize achievable company growth goals, and then set about making them happen. Your will use the data you’ve collected to create customer personas, improve revenues and while optimizing costs and expenditures.You will work tirelessly to find creative ways to drive acquisition, engage users, and retain customers with the ultimate goal of maximizing company revenue in everything that you do.

What you will do:

  • Identify and develop the growth plan that will take the business to the next level, based on data-driven insights
  • From the plan, prioritize and define the key growth objectives based on the analysis of user data and probabilities of success
  • Understand and analyze how the users interact with the product in order to identify growth opportunities 
  • Draw user patterns and lead experiments/growth initiatives to acquire new customers, push leads down the sales funnel, upsell and nurture existing customers
  • Work closely with product and commercial teams to implement the growth initiatives based on data-driven conclusions
  • Analyze customer behavior by collaborating with various teams in order to find the user's "aha" moment

This is you:

  • Experience in an entrepreneurial setting or fast-paced start-up environment
  • You have a broad knowledge of marketing - SEO, paid advertising, Google Analytics, Landing page design and ideally you have deep understanding in one or 2 key areas
  • You bring an experimental / growth hacking mindset to the table - you work across teams to test hypotheses and implement experiments 
  • You know how to take action based on data and your experience demonstrates that attributing meaning to data is key to success
  • You can deal with failure - although many experiments will not bring expected results, you know how to find the positives and learnings from each experience
  • Project management experience - you will be leading multiple initiatives simultaneously 
  • Top team player with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams
  • Highly organized with strong strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM and other tools to track key metrics and performance
  • Continuous learning mentality - always curious to learn and knowing what questions to ask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other languages are a plus

  • You are able to read code and comfortable with technical aspects and tools
  • You have any entrepreneurial experience
