As part of the Solutions team, you will play a key role in the management of customer issues such as bugs, customisations and new features extending the Marfeel product.
What you will do:
- Find solutions to technical issues in order to keep our clients smiling.
- Work on customisations and modifications of parameters of the Marfeel platform to adapt its behaviour to the customer.
- Extend additional aspects of the Marfeel product, eg. adding new providers, metrics or adapting client widgets.
- Be the first level reference point in alarms management.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to resolve technical questions.
- Maintain and support customers to ensure a smooth service.
- Coordinate with other teams to determine shared objectives and work out different approaches to address tasks efficiently and effectively.

- You have experience troubleshooting technical issues for external clients.
