If you possess:

Excellent organizational skills and time management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience related to marketing and community activation.
If you are a self-starter with a passionate, flexible, and proactive approach to work, with proficiency in Office tasks and IT (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Experience in community or sports promotion.
Knowledge of marketing and communication strategies.
A passion for women's sports.
Experience in event or project coordination.
Engagement in community activation efforts.
A valid UK Driving License to assist with travel for events.

We welcome you to assist us with:

Administration of marketing and match day activations for Essex women's games and community celebration weeks.
Promotion of Essex Women's Games and creation of promotional content.
Planning and activation of match day activities and support for engagement with new partners and spectators.
Increasing social media content and awareness for the Essex Women's Team.
Supporting other major match day activities or any duties as required by the line manager.
