EMEA Solution Delivery Manager

YourSales Recruitment has a brand new role for an existing client that has over 10 years in the industry. As a delivery manager, you will be working within a global fast-paced team delivering bespoke customer projects, making sure they are successfully completed.
You must have an eye for detail and be highly organised as you will be working on several projects at once, leading clients through the onboarding process, all the way to providing reports and sharing best practice across the wider departments. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the cornerstone of the relationship with the customer and the main source of communications throughout the onboarding process.
  • Manage planning, timelines, resources, scope, change requests and status reporting of your projects.
  • Effectively lead internal and external meetings.
  • Manage the delivery of multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Participate in authorising and reviewing technical solutions
  • Participate in training, design, documentation and delivery efforts along with other team members
  • Drive continuous internal process analysis and redesign
  • Participate in internal projects and initiatives
  • Significant experience in Customer Experience, Project Management and Planning.
  • Lead both small and enterprise-wide engagements and facilitate meetings.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
