Remote HR Implementation Solutions Analyst (ERP Software)

YourCode are currently working with an innovative tech company who are creating HR ERP applications for a magnitude of organisations across the UK. We have been tasked with the recruitment of a Remote HR Implementation Solutions Analyst / Business Analyst to work directly between the Innovation X BusinessOps X Client teams to ensure ongoing innovation and development.

The Analyst’s main activities will include writing and documenting high quality Business/Tech requirements across all the HR-related E RP applications that are currently used, and ones can be implemented in the future applications in development stages. This candidate will work very closely with SMEs, solutions teams and IT Engineering to successfully deliver changes and prepare new systems for production whilst supporting the training of end-users.

This role will be a key player in the ongoing management of the current applications, implementation of new systems end-to-end user training and the process improvements for the customer's HR teams. Each system implementation and development will be bespoke and therefore will involve several third parties such as IT Engineering, BusinessOps, and the potential for additional external implementation partners (Workday, Breezy, Workable).


Job Responsibilities

  • Performing ongoing Business/Solution Analysis activities to create deliverables for the HR team.
  • Collect and development requirements, specifications whilst contributing to business cases
  • Highlight potential business risks, issues and assumptions to Project / Operations and Tech teams.
  • Work hand in hand with Project Managers to ensure the implementation approach is adopted and adjusted to match the business requirements.
  • Support the wider implementation team in improving the rollout approach, as well as identifying and sharing best practices.
  • Organise workshops with internal and external teams to identify and address the process changes.

Requirement

  • Min. 3 years experience working in an ERP analytical position
  • Knowledge of HR system such as Taleo, Dynamics or Kronos
  • Confident project management and process improvement skills.
  • Fluent English skills
  • Strong organisation, analytical, planning, communication, and problem solving abilities
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to work remotely
