Customer Success Manager

The full-time Customer Success Manager role will engage directly with ampd’s fast-growing client base, ensuring that each customer maximizes the value of the ad automation platform and toolkit. In this fast-paced, start-up environment, the Customer Success Manager will engage with customers to ensure they fully achieve their digital marketing and ad objectives. The Customer Success Manager will work in a virtual capacity due to COVID-19, heightening the need to work independently driving customer engagement. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Account Manager will play a key role in supporting Ampd’s rapid customer growth.

The Customer Success Manager should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment where you shape each stage of digital marketing and ad strategy execution. Performance in this position requires utilizing a rich technology platform solution to optimizing campaigns and deliver to each client’s customer success plan.

  • Received or attaining Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, marketing, economics, or related disciplines.
  • At least two years of client-facing professional experience helping clients achieve their business goals using a world-class proprietary technology solution.
  • Technology company experience
  • Experience translate marketing skills into business results
  • Excellent writing and communication skills to support account management execution.
  • Expert knowledge of account-based marketing and social media platforms.
  • Google ads and campaign management experience
  • Digital marketing agency experience is preferred

 

 


What You’ll Do

  • Manage clients google ad campaigns and performance
  • Ensure customer issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
  • Continuously improve the ampd solution through translating customer issues into continuous improvements in the product and organizational processes
  • Measure and improve the results of digital marketing programs
  • Update CRM to support demand generation activities and ensure data quality
