Luxury Front of House Receptionist
Vashi is seeking an experienced receptionist to be responsible for the front of house at our HQ building. This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing scale-up business. The candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of front of house and reception duties.
As our new Front of House Receptionist here is what you would have done last week:
Welcomed our guests and ensured that all visitors have received an exceptional experience
Answered calls and recorded messages accurately, obtained required information to be passed on
Managed calendars of all meeting rooms, proactively resolving conflicts and clashes and booking rooms where required
Assisted with procurement/facilities management overflow and holiday cover
Acted as a key point of contact and an ambassador for the company, constantly improving and refining the welcome service our guests and visitors receive
General admin duties as and when required
Who you are:
You must have the previous Front of House/Hospitality experience in similar front-facing roles.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with clients and VIP visitors
You must be a team player, flexible in approach and attitude and able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
You must have good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PPT and Excel.
