Responsibilities:
● Preparing listing materials and posting on internal and external sites
● Maintaining and updating building materials online
● Keeping track of Open House Dates and Times
● Updating offers and contract information in live time
● Properly saving all documents and photos in their appropriate locations
● Tracking daily reports and ensuring they are correct
● Create and maintain reports, documents, and presentations to assist with administrative support
● Assist with organizing events for brokers and buyers
● Assist with the creation of call agendas and log meeting minutes
● Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials to agents
● Support New Development VPs with developer requests and relations
Requirements:
● Must have an extensive knowledge of Google Suites - especially sheets and slides
● Must have extensive knowledge of Excel
● Highly organized and task-oriented
Preference:
● General understanding of residential sales preferred
● Experience with StreetEasy Manager Tool
Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week with at least 1 weekend day
Salary: $50,000
