Responsibilities:
The role will encompass, but will not be limited to, the following scope of work:
○ Lead Generation
○ Communicate the retail program to prospects, and collect information on their needs / capacities to assist with the onboarding and matching process;
○ Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
○ Maintain a professional rapport with clients and represent company standards at all times.
○ Understand and target specific markets with proven strategies, spearhead focused campaigns and communicate with professional associates.
○ Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, (SalesForce) ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
○ Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
