As a Salesforce/IT System Admin, you will be responsible for:

• Proactively supporting the FoodMesh configuration in Salesforce, enhancing and modifying it while working with the Product & Operations Leads.
• Administer and maintain the IT infrastructure environment to enable the FoodMesh staff to be more effective and efficient at achieving their goals.

What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing support requests
• System Administration, including users/group management & authentication
• Configuring, enhancing, troubleshooting issues in FoodMesh Salesforce
• Creating custom dashboards, reports, workflows, approval process
• Implement required security policies, provide ongoing security training for staff
• Ensure all office software/tools are functioning properly
• Perform systems & applications upgrades and enhancements (including researching/evaluating new technologies that could add value)
• Install, configure and test all new workstations, peripheral equipment & software

Required skills

• 3+ years experience system administration for Salesforce & IT
• Experience in Salesforce.com configuration and custom development
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable and able to get things done in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness& ability to learn and tenacity to finish what you have started
• Understanding of XML, python, SQL and enterprise application integration is a benefit
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of G Suite from Google Cloud, AWS, AppSheet – an asset
