As our Mobile Product Owner, you will manage one of our newest products, a rhythm game on one of the biggest social media platforms. You will collaborate with the lead developer, designers and external stakeholders to launch the product to market (we have already soft launched), oversee feature implementation and delight our end users. You will also play a crucial role in leading the expansion of our mobile product team.

This is a hands-on role pushing quality, innovation and driving project efficiency.
Own the product roadmap - from discovery to execution and monitoring in production
Develop project plans and track progress of feature implementation and user requirements
Report on key data metrics as they align to Splash strategic goals
Be the subject matter expert of your product - understand/research user journeys, the market and identify opportunities and pain points
Ensure the team has a full prioritised pipeline of valuable work based on user growth, retention & engagement
Manage and build strong relationships with internal team members and external partners
Solid experience in software product management with a deep understanding of the complete product development lifecycle.
Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to produce detailed reports, proposals and presentations.
Self-motivated with the ability to work well within a dynamic, cross-discipline, and iterative team environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organised with an ability to deliver tasks within tight deadlines.
Working rights in Australia.
Deep understanding and experience with agile methodologies ideally in a fast growing startup environment
Experience with mobile games or experience managing products in the gaming industry
A love for gaming, music and/or startups
