Through this expansion, a new state of the art showroom, and exciting momentum, the team is now in search of a Sales Manager to continue the tradition of excellent service and drive new business development. In partnership with the owner, this sales leader will drive sales, manage processes and efficiencies, and provide leadership in a collaborative and consultative environment.

The ideal candidate will have the relevant experience and skills to effectively carry out the key accountabilities of the position which include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS

Consultative Sales

  • Serve as the customer-facing Subject Matter Expert and Brand Ambassador by exceeding customer expectations through prompt follow-up with new leads, engaging existing customers for trusted long-term partnerships, re-engaging past leads, and researching new opportunities for growth and profitability.

 

Project and Process Management

  • Identify operational efficiencies, problem solve, and create an optimal sales process to enhance customer experience and delivery. Components of the process include but are not limited to bidding, supply chain, contract negotiation, delivery, and business development.                                  

 

Team Leadership

  • Proactively work with in-house design team of three and collaborate with owners to enhance processes, drive growth, and encourage the team to win in a cohesive and synergetic manner for the advancement of the entire organization.

The ideal candidate for this position will also have the following experience and skill-sets:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience and responsibility.
  • Management experience at a growing and dynamic organization(s).
  • Proven track record in leading, managing, coaching, and developing highly talented staff.
  • Possess and demonstrate personal integrity.
