Senior HRBP 

Location:  Dongtan, Gyeonggi‑do (hybrid)
Type: Part-time (negotiable schedule)
Salary: Market competitive negotiable base salary + benefits package

Besides thermoforming packaging machines, the company's extensive product portfolio also includes tray sealers, chamber /belt-fed chamber machines, processing products, and bakery solutions. Company's packaging solutions are used throughout the food industry, medical and pharmaceutical segment, and industrial and consumer items. 

 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all HR matters for Korea office including HRM, compensation benefits and learning & development
  • Ensure company follows HR regulations, both local and HQ
  • Responsible for employee HR systems, whole lifecycle
  • Manage HR team admin staff for company HR matters 
 
You will be expected to:
  • Develop training plans in cooperation with the Team leaders to ensure the high individual qualification of employees: Technical skills and soft skills (presentation Training, Sales Training). HQ operates a learning system for the technical things, soft skills should be trained locally
  • Maintain the promotion plan for Korean titles
  • Check regularly with our labor lawyer about necessary updates for the rules of employment including compliance information from HQ
  • Develop recruiting ideas in cooperation with Team leaders and MD, e.g. University recruitment, participation in talent fairs, continuous talent search
  • Arrange regular trainings with our labor lawyer regarding Sexual harassment prevention, working safety including documentation; check for other mandatory trainings
  • Maintain support documents for performance reviews and target agreements
  • Arrange time schedules for the performance reviews between Team leaders and Team members. Collect and use the reviews for developing the training plans and needs
  • Work closely with Corporate HR
  • Develop fringe benefit system according to latest trends
  • Manage retirement pension update, medical check-up schedule
  • Maintain annual leave system (App in MS Teams)
  • Maintain employee database system (SAP-HR from HQ)
  • Standardize on-boarding process, such as preparing starter kit & welcome box and collecting feedback
  • Arrange flights and Visa for employee’s business trips
  • Arrange Chuseok & Lunar new year gift for employee

 

Requirements:

  • Has good insight and experience in all aspects of the corporate HR, such as recruiting, payroll, benefits, employee evaluations, learning and development, and HR regulations
  • Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
  • Good command of both written and spoken English 
  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with both internal and external parties
