About the role

We're looking for a talented and motivated Solutions Engineer to join our tech team! 

What you’ll be doing

• Work alongside Partner Success, Partner Operations, Technology and Marketing as the ultimate technical setup expert in relation to our University implementations
• You’ll be working directly with university technical leadership across 50+ universities to ensure optimal implementations and integrations 
• You’ll be building out internal processes to maximize our email and SMS deliverability across institutions

• Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain audience confidence
• Ability to build a deep understanding of a partner’s needs and guide them to a technical solution
• Ability to distill and communicate complicated asks in an easily digestible way
• Extreme attention to detail and follow up skills
• Ability to detect and raise areas of risk and proposed solutions
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to work cross functionally with individuals for all levels
• Previous experience in the following:
• Email deliverability 
• Office365 Administration** 
• Google Workspace Administration 
• Strong DNS and networking skills
• Experience managing DNS
• Experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or higher ed IT administration
