Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Seasonal Student Success Coach to join our team from May to Mid August! You will work with the Director of Student Success to ensure students’ engagement, satisfaction, and persistence throughout our programs. 

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of student progress throughout each course
• Identifying at-risk students and directing them to extra help resources
• Retaining students from initial enrollment to completion of their course
• Supporting students during live class sessions 
• Providing feedback to help direct department processes

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with students
• Care about student progress and have a desire to see them succeed
• Student support or advising experience, preferably higher ed
• Quick learner who is able to readily adapt to new systems and processes
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and departments
