UI/UX Designer

Bangalore, Full time

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team. You’ll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for millions of users around the globe. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with various stakeholders—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them, and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.

Responsibilities

  1. Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  2. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  3. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  4. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions, and features.
  5. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  6. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  7. Take smart risks and champion new ideas.

Requirements

  1. 1+ years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
  2. Expertise in UX software such as InVision, Sketch, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  3. Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  4. A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
  5. Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  6. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
  7. A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design.
  8. Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
  9. Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
  10. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
  11. Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
