SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST

Our diverse product offering includes data acquisition, email appends, integrated marketing services, production workflows, custom print production, direct mail solutions, fulfillment and complete lettershop, bindery and mailing services.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team and help us build and deploy machine learning models that solve real-world marketing problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms, as well as experience using Databricks for model development and deployment.

Location: Remote/ On-prem Hybrid, Oakbrook, IL

Reports to:Vice President, Data Science

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve business marketing problems
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into machine learning models
• Collaborate with other data scientists, engineers, and analysts to build and maintain machine learning pipelines
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models
• Stay up to date on the latest machine learning technologies and trends

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in data science, computer science, or related field
• 5+ years of post-education experience developing and deploying machine learning models, with at least 2 of those years directly focus on Databricks ML
• Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional certification
• Highly experienced with Python scikit-learn, Spark, and SQL
• Demonstrable understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
