APAC Senior Presales/Sales Engineer Specialist
Location: Singapore OR Kuala Lumpur
My Client has one of the best Fibre Optic Test solutions, and together with their comprehensive solutions portfolio it gives them competitive advantage over their competitors in delivering unmatched value proposition to their Customers.
They are now seeking an experienced OSS Senior Presales who is dynamic, self-motivated & customer driven with a proven track record in understanding CSPs technical requirements and in driving pre-sales customer engagement
Their APAC office is situated in Singapore
• Own E2E Pre-sales technical cycle and promote solutions to the APAC market.
• Regional support, sales, and business development objectives in collaboration with the APAC regional sales team.
• Presales solutioning of Cross Domain Topology, Service Impact Analysis, Common Cause Analysis, Change Impact Analysis
• Consultative support to prospective and existing Service Assurance clients.
• Develop and deliver product presentations and/or demonstrations at customers, conferences, trade shows and other venues as required.
• Develop solution proposals including responding to RFI/RFP/Tenders, Proof of Concept (POC) oversight, which includes planning, documenting, staging, installing, record upkeep and managing the POC process.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Solutions Engineering group, etc
• In-depth knowledge of competition and provide expert analysis on competitive sales positioning strategies.
• Experience with Tier 1 CSPs across APAC such as SingTel, Telstra, Telekom Malaysia, NTT, SKT, RJIO, TATA, China Telecom, etc
At least 10 years proven Pre-sales experience in Service Assurance and/or OSS.
SDN/NFV, IP/MPLS Core, 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G, etc
Knowledge of the OSS(Fault, Performance, Inventory)/BSS Architecture including Network Inventory, Fault and Topology Management
Familiar with network monitoring and/or test tools
High degree of knowledge of IP network design principles
Extensive experience selling sophisticated next-generation network solutions to CSPs
