Our client is a fast-growing software business focused on providing omnichannel customer relationship platforms to enhance its customer's experience.
The client is well established in Europe working with the likes of Lloyds Bank, ING, HSBC, BNP, Commerzbank and it has grown 35% in the last 2 years and is now a 50 million USD+ company with a clear goal of becoming a 100 million USD business. It has offices in London (near London Bridge), Paris and Frankfurt.
It is looking for an Account Manager / Director to grow at least 2 of its existing accounts (for example taking a Bank that uses my client's solutions in the retail area and then upselling to other areas such as corporate etc). This is an account management role (internally called an engagement manager) so the nature of the role is cross and upselling proactively and closing software solution deals usually in the 3-6 million USD area (min of 1 million+). The role also involves ensuring client satisfaction and making sure they remain referencable.
The client would like someone with ideally 5-15 years experience of selling software to banks / the financial services sector coming from companies like Misys, Temenos, SAS or potentially customer-centric SAAS solutions companies like Broadsoft (Cloud Contact Centres). They are also open to people coming from Service Integrators like the Capgemini, IBM, Infosys, Cognizant or new Fintech businesses.
