MBR Partners is growing it's team in Baker Street, Central London.
We are looking for experienced recruiters that can account manage our clients and grow revenue streams from them (mostly permanent recruitment). This role is around Account Management of our clients and hence would be relevant for people coming from an internal recruitment background (the person would be dealing with either one or multiple clients).
Whilst MBR Partners covers Telecommunications, Fintech, Cyber Security, Tech, and Blockchain we are open to considering candidates coming from recruitment across other business verticals. We are not a high volume business so account managers must put effort into getting to know their customers pitch and understanding their precise needs.
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the sourcing strategy including advertising and building lists for direct head hunting (in Linkedin Recruiter etc). In many cases the Senior Recruiter will be assisted by a researcher / resourcer who will deal with incoming candidate flow.
We operate in a relaxed, mature environment without focus on micro KPI's.
