We are looking to expand our team based in Baker Street central London.
We are ideally looking for someone with some recruitment experience or at least a graduate level person with experience communicating clearly with people via email / calls in a business context.
This role is not a sales role but deals with the following:
- Dealing with incoming candidates and qualifying them for roles. Candidates will come from a mixture of our database, Linkedin, Job board adverts and outbound marketing campaigns.
- Advertising of roles
- Arranging interviews
- Candidate sourcing via searching using boolean searching through Linkedin and job boards.
The idea would be the person starts off with these tasks and evolves over time into either Account Management or Business Development given a number of years experience. Excellent English is a must.
