We work on a number of events for our clients, ranging from setting up meetings at industry trade shows to supporting sales on client events.  Increasingly we are producing events under our own brand to cater to gaps in the market and opportunities as they arise.  See www.julietsummits.com. 

We are currently looking to recruit a Junior Conference Producer to assist with our expanding range of projects.  Current projects range across telecoms, broadcast, media, fintech, blockchain and cryptocurrency.

Outline:

The Junior Conference Producer will be working on a range of events, from Fortune 500 C-Level innovation events, large scale events for start-ups, to international association gatherings or niche Customer Experience workshops.  We will consider candidates either with fintech/blockchain experience or specific event experience in event production or research.

Salary Range:

  • £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B experience
  • 1+ year of fintech or conference production experience
  • Relevant degree desirable
  • Ability to deal with senior executives
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Resilience
  • Ability to quickly understand the fundamentals of a new market sector
  • Professional phone and face to face manner
  • Ability to research and draw out the key themes/contentious issues of a topic
  • Experience in inviting and confirming senior speakers/panellists for conferences and workshops
  • Ability to write strong content and marketing copy a bonus
