We are looking for a senior manager for electrical design with strong experience working at /
with data center firms and telecoms firms or technology.

The key focus of this role is to work with the technical team to provide technical solutions for the
electrical and instrumentation. We are searching for a candidate with only 10-12 years of
experience. The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in critical services and a
proven track record of electrical design engineering. This person will be responsible for to provide
best in class design solution for electrical and instrumentation and power.

 Engage customers professionally and effectively to understand their requirements and to
consult, design and propose winning solutions.
 Collaborate with technical team.
 Collaborate with multiple teams across region in various functions, including but not limited to
sales, design, construction, critical operation, and asset management teams to deliver data
center capacity to customer.
 To lead, prepare, and submit quality solution proposal based on RFP documents received
from customer and ensure compliance to technical requirements and specifications.
 To analyze customer technical requirements and make comparison with market trends for
optimized solution.
 Establish internal project briefs, project procurement and contracting strategy, long-lead
equipment procurement buy-out, analyze project risks and develop project timelines based
on agreed solution with the customer. Prepare and submit reports to Management and
Group for approval.
 Manage and organize design review meetings between customer and internal stakeholders
to finalize the design solution for implementation.
 Manage internal stakeholders to identify and establish overall project delivery schedule for
project implementation to meet customer timeline.
 Manage and implement the agreed solution by customer from contract execution, design,
construction, commissioning, and turnover to critical operations and assets management
teams.
 Tackle solution challenges arising from project implementation and work with internal
stakeholders to resolve them on a timely basis.
 Manage assigned accounts and provide backup coverage for the team.
 Planned, designed & executed Data Center and Command and Control Centre Infrastructure
& services: MEP, Electrical High side /LT Side Panel, DG, UPS, Battery Bank, PAC, IBMS,
CCTV, Structured cabling for network and other related Equipment for Data Center and
Smart City Infrastructure
 Managed activities right from the inception stage to the project completion; involving
Preliminary plan approvals, and design Management (Review & Validation): MEP system
designs & calculation, Intelligent/Non-intelligent Structured Cabling Systems, DCIM,
Structured Cabling Systems, BMS, Fire Protection, Safety, Security, and CCTV

 Should be able to conduct feasibility study aligned to customer RFP. Feasibility study
includes physical assessment of space and power using internal teams / external
consultants.
 Preparation of response to customer’s RFI and RFPs
 Devising and formulating project delivery strategies; conducting risk analysis, value
engineering analysis and facilitating inputs at all stages.
Requirements

 At least 7 years of experience in electrical design, with a proven track record in data center. .
 Strong understanding of data center technologies and solutions
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
 Fluency in English
 Possess understanding of facility uptime availability and tier standards.
