Essential Job Functions:
  • Administering bank accounts online including the set-up of payments, beneficiaries, etc.;
  • Processing POs and sales orders into the accounting system;
  • Processing purchases and sales invoices into the accounting system;
  • Processing bank transactions into the accounting system;
  • Preparing audit files and liaising with third party auditors and managing the audit process in conjunction with the clients reporting timelines;
  • Dealing efficiently with queries by e-mail and telephone;
  • Transaction management and co-ordination, including printing, review where appropriate and arranging for signing of transaction documents;
  • Preparation and / or review of financial data and client materials;
  • Liaising with clients;
  • Sending payment instructions to banks and liaising with clients and colleagues in relation to same;
  • Scanning and filing of documents and correspondence;
  • Scheduling and attending internal meetings;
  • Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable listings; 
  • Ad hoc administration duties including the compilation of numeric and written reports and other ad hoc work, as may be assigned from time to time;

  • Business / Finance Degree 
  • Fluent English
