1. Collaborate with the celebrity entrepreneur, creative director/strategist, and production team to plan, schedule, and publish video content on the YouTube channel.2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the channel, including video uploads, metadata optimization, thumbnail creation, and playlist organization.3. Implement and maintain SEO best practices to increase discoverability and organic growth.4. Track and analyze channel performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform content strategy and optimization.5. Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, best practices, platform updates, and industry news.6. Coordinate with other team members, including social media managers, public relations, and content creators, to ensure consistent branding and cross-promotion.7. Manage and moderate community engagement, responding to comments and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.8. Assist in the development and execution of monetization strategies, including sponsored content, merchandise, and YouTube revenue streams.
1. Proven experience as a YouTube Channel Manager, preferably with high-profile clients or channels.2. Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and audience growth strategies.3. Demonstrated success in launching, managing, and growing YouTube channels.4. Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.6. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.7. Passion for and knowledge of the entrepreneurial and business space.8. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
