About the role:

  • Collaborate actively with key stakeholders to study new & existing products, features and LOBs inside out

  • Own end to end product communication / messaging 

  • Create, own and run effective product marketing projects against defined objectives

  • Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

  • Be the communication bridge between business and tech teams and keep stakeholders informed with product updates and roll-outs

  • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus cohorts and sales data

  • Collaborate actively with analytics team to fetch key performance insights and run data-backed growth marketing campaigns

  • Facilitate product teams with impact-worthy product marketing insights for new growth and product launches & updates

  • Be hands-on with automation, data and communication tools such as WebEngage, Clevertap, Intercom, Sendinblue, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase and more to run product marketing campaigns 

  • Assist sales & front-facing marketing teams with creating collateral such as case studies, product/feature videos, user survey insights, product posts & more

  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on brand positioning in the market.

  • Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a SaaS product

  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role 

  • Background in design and copywriting is a plus 

  • Experience in market analysis 

  • Working knowledge of analytics, automation & communication tools 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Keen eye for detail 

  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills 

  • Strong sense of ownership & ability to drive impact through strategies
