Provide excellent customer service to improve business performance.

Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires via phone, email, online chat, social media etc.

Posess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Handle customers in friendly and professional manner.

Understand customer requirements so as to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions.

Route and direct customer requests to appropriate channel/personnel.

Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity.

Work within various teams to ensure outstanding customer service.

Flexible with shifts and cross channel movements.

Good team player with attention to detail and out of the box thinker

Maintain broad knowledge of customer products and services.

Participate in meetings and activities held to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Maintain and update customer documentation as needed.

Process and track customer interactions to ensure tickets are resolved timely
Requirements -
Posess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Diploma or Graduate

2+ years experience in the relevant field
