A world-leading gaming company with over 35 million monthly active users across various games is looking for an experienced UI/UX lead designer to manage the scaling up of the company's technical platform applications.

As lead UI/UX, you will establish the design domain, oversee cross-company enterprise products and manage full design circle from research, mapping the needs to complete design process.

In the company’s technologies division, they create the company’s tech. platform to accelerate and empower the company’s growth.

They build applications that are shared between all the company’s business units for: marketing, monetization, analytic, CRM etc.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement the design experience for the the company's platform applications
Lead the design by creating vision, methodological work, research practices, and standing up for design quality
Understand the unique needs of multiple stakeholders with different workflows and requirements and transform them into customizable design components that delight end-users
Work with product management & end-users to define and analyze the requirements
Carry out user research to obtain user insights to better inform business and design decisions
Collaborate and work with different teams across geos

Requirements:

3+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications
Experience with research-driven processes and working with complex design systems
Comfortable in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
Ability to provide design guidelines and component library in a highly professional and organized way
Experience with building a design system – Advantage
Design experience for large-scale enterprise-level cloud solutions – Advantage
