Partnerships Manager (eCommerce)

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated team player to join the marketing team of a fast-growing eCommerce business in the consumer goods space as its Partnerships Manager.

As the Partnership Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to lead an early-stage division in the business. The Partnership Manager is responsible for maintaining existing partnerships, alongside identifying and building new growth channels for the company, such as communities, influencers, affiliates, and new sectors.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and growing the company’s existing partnerships
  • Identify and build relationships with new partnerships such as influencers, affiliates, communities, etc.
  • End-to-end management of campaigns with the partners including partner research, negotiation, campaign objective development, execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Build and develop new strategical sectors as an additional revenue channel for the company
  • Daily communication with the partners to understand their current needs with the goal of growing the partnership and solving their pain points
  • Monitor each partners revenue and performance closely, and communicate changes to the marketing team
  • Contribute to special projects of strategic importance that aligned with the company’s targets.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years partnerships role from e-Commerce company (experience with influencers marketing as a plus)
  • Energetic with a strong drive to be a part of a fast-growing and disruptive eCommerce company
  • Deep understanding of building strong and long terms business relationships
  • Ability to take ownership and proactively solve problems and be flexible to react to changing priorities.
  • Proven track record of building, retaining, and scaling client relationships and growth channels
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
  • Details oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture
  • Bachelor degree
