A Tel Aviv-based startup developing brain-computer-interface technology products to help in enhancing brain performance is looking for a talented and competitive Customer Care Specialist that cares about mental health.

Note that the position is intended for people that are comfortable working late night hours.
Responsibilities
- Monday - Friday
- Evening/night shifts (1:30pm - 10:00pm or 4:30pm - 1:00am)
- Work with the care team on new and exciting customer-facing initiatives
- Help in shaping a great product service experience
- Answer questions asked by leads and clients about the product
- Troubleshoot technical problems and help in resolving
Requirements
- Mother-tongue level English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BONUS: Experience working with a ticketing system
