A successful company in the field of Online Services is seeking for Online Payments Agent.

Responsibilities

Manage and explore new payment solutions.

Payments Optimization – declines and rejects handling, order of PM, routing of traffic Monitor of KPIs (daily monitoring of app ratio, decline/reject reasons, chargeback ratio, payments alerts, etc.)

Payment projects and integrations - escort the product in its whole lifecycle including working with Product, Development, QA and manage the analysis and optimization phases

Work with the processors on resolving reconciliation issues, technical issues

Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of PSPs and Banks

 

Requirements - What do you need to bring?

Systemic vision, ability to get down to details, order and organization and especially initiative and high energies, sales ability and creating excellent business relationships.

Experience in the online industry; a Must

English at a High level – a Must

Experience with Excel – a Must

Attention to details

Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment

Ability to work under pressure

Detailed Oriented, fast learner, team player, organized, multi-tasking
